Data protection

The data collected in this form will be processed by the Surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services (OSAPS) in order to process your request.

This information is kept by OSAPS until the end of the data analysis, when a decision is taken concerning non-compliance.

Unless OSAPS declares itself not competent to process the request, in which case it can be forwarded directly to the competent administration, there is no data recipient.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify and, where applicable, delete the data concerning you. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
