OSAPS

The OSAPS was created by the Law of 8 March 2023 on accessibility requirements for products and services, which defines its missions.

It is a public administration under the supervision of the ministry responsible for policy on behalf of people with disabilities, which currently corresponds to the Ministry of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees.

The OSAPS's missions fall within the scope of this policy.
