Are you considered a micro-enterprise?

A micro-enterprise is a business:

• that employs fewer than 10 people and has an annual turnover not exceeding €2,000,000, or
• that employs fewer than 10 people and has an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €2,000,000

If you do not (yet) have any figures to base your assessment on, you are automatically considered a micro-enterprise.
