News from RAWeb and RAPDF

The reference systems for web accessibility and PDF accessibility, RAWeb and RAPDF, are both being updated to version 1.1. This update became necessary following their introduction in 2024 and 2023, respectively.

The first goal was to incorporate the extensive feedback from the still very active community. This feedback is mainly aimed at making the criteria, tests and methods more consistent where there is still uncertainty, but also at removing references to technologies that are no longer current.
