What is accessibility of products and services?

Your rights

You have the right for certain products and services to to be accessible. You must be able to use them even if you have a disability, limitation or disorder.

If this right is not respected, you can report it to OSAPS, which will check the company responsible and ask tgem to bring their products or services into line. 

You do not need legal or technical expertise to identify or report a problem.

OSAPS will handle all reports with a commitment to find the right recipient and propose appropriate solutions.
