To claim an exemption for a fundamental change in the nature of your product or service, you will need to justify that the application of the requirements listed in Article 6 of the law would result in such a change.

To claim an exemption for disproportionate burden, you will need to carry out an assessment according to the criteria in Annex VI (6) of Directive (EU) 2019/882.

Once the burden has been established, submit an exemption notification.
