EN 301 549 - Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services

This document (in English only) specifies the functional accessibility requirements applicable to information and communication technology products and services, as well as a description of the test procedures and evaluation methodology for each accessibility requirement. It is intended for use with web-based technologies, non-web-based technologies and hybrids that use both. It covers software, hardware and services. It is intended for manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.

As with the directive, the most interesting part of the standard is the annexes.
