Guide for micro‑enterprises on the accessibility of products and services
The Act of 8 March 2023 on accessibility requirements for products and services is the national transposition of European Directive (EU) 2019/882 of 17 April 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services (European Accessibility Act – EAA), which establishes how products and services must be designed so that everyone can use them easily, in particular by ensuring access for people with functional limitations and, in particular, people with disabilities. This law has been in force since 28 June 2025.
This guide is designed to answer questions from businesses and help them understand the implications of the Act of 8 March 2023. In addition to complying with the law, this guide offers strategies and tools to make your products and services more accessible.
