Service contracts and services

Two different elements must be distinguished:

• service contracts and
• services provided on the basis of these contracts.

Service contracts concluded before 28 June 2025 benefit from a transition period: they can continue without modification until 28 June 2030. You therefore do not need to take any immediate action.

The services provided under these contracts do not benefit from a transition period: they must be compliant by 28 June 2025.
