Your deadline was 28 June 2025.

However, your product may continue to be distributed:

• indefinitely and until stocks are exhausted,
• without alteration, in the version initially placed on the market before 28 June 2025.

Any new or modified product, any new batch of an existing product, and any re-marketing from 28 June 2025 onwards must be compliant or, failing that, be subject to a declaration of non-compliance.

Inform your B2B service provider customers

Products used on 27 June 2025 to provide services may continue to be used until 28 June 2030.

These include:

• hardware computer systems and their operating systems (computers, tablets, laptops, game consoles, etc.)
• interactive terminal equipment for electronic communications services or for accessing audiovisual media services.

Self-service terminals used on 27 June 2025 to provide services may continue to be used for up to 20 years after they were first put into service.

These include:

• payment terminals
• automatic bank counters
• ticket machines
• check-in kiosks
• interactive information terminals.
