If you have multiple roles, indicate the one that is closest to the manufacturer. For example: if you are an importer and distributor, tick importer.

Any natural or legal person who manufactures, or has a product designed or manufactured, and markets it under their own name or brand.

Any natural or legal person established in the European Union who has received a written mandate from the manufacturer to act on their behalf for the purpose of performing specific tasks.

Also referred to as an authorised representative: any natural or legal person established in the European Union who places a product from a third country on the European Union market.

Any natural or legal person in the supply chain, other than the manufacturer or importer, who makes a product available on the market.
